Could you please capitalize Marine? If you are going to post about us, then do so properly. The Marine Corps changed me in a lot of ways, but don’t think for a second that these “brainwashing” techniques are really that effective. Really what they do is teach you how to maintain your focus and accomplish your mission no matter how stressful a situation is or how scared you are.
That being said without the Marine Corps I would never have realized how full of shit our government is, and each and every one of us were pawns in the global system of corruption. I’d say that about 1 out of every 50 recruits truly do become brainwashed and actually buy into all this BS. Just keep in mind that almost all of us can absolutely think for ourselves and have a mind of our own, most of us are completely disgruntled in the Corps.
There truly are a few Marines out there that I would have done just about anything they told me, but that was learned through their dedication to me, and how well they looked at for my well being was a huge part of that.
I guess I’m just trying to say that this doesn’t turn us into robots, screaming stuff in the more about becoming a “blood sucking, war machine,” or whatever is just motivating and fun, not something people truly subscribe to.
I really love the boy in the first video…
